People have been drugged before, here. Made to do things they would not otherwise do. Queen Alicent warned me when I arrived, though she spoke in terms of bodily pleasure. Not murder.

But people are easily enough incited to the latter, given the right motivation.

There's a disturbing number ready to jump at violence for this alone. Drugs may be one motivation, but it seems others look for the smallest to incite them.
